Crypto deposits need exact network matching
A token name alone is not enough. The sending wallet and Duel deposit address must use the same network. Copy the address carefully, verify the first and last characters and consider a small test transaction when the network cost makes that practical.
Duel’s terms place responsibility for the correct address and network on the user. A transfer sent through the wrong chain may not be recoverable.
Fees and minimums
The terms say Duel does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees. Blockchain networks and payment processors can still charge their own costs, and those costs can change with demand.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are operational details that should be read from the live cashier. We do not hard-code them into a permanent review unless the evidence is dated and easy to refresh.
Account ownership and verification
Deposits should come from the player’s personal payment method. Third-party funding can create ownership and compliance questions, especially at withdrawal.
A smooth deposit does not guarantee a document-free cashout. Duel reserves the right to request KYC before processing a withdrawal, so payment convenience and identity requirements must be assessed together.
